If there's trouble, the Scotsman AutoSentry will shut the machine down before damage can occur --- thus eliminating costly repairs and extending the life of the machine.

  • The Scotsman electrical conductivity water sensor eliminates low and no water failures and cannot be effected by adverse water conditions.

  • Plastic drain pans with larger outlet provides greater ability to quickly channel water away preventing particulate build-up and rust
