STANDARD FEATURES

RAISED GRIDDLE BROILER

  • Stainless steel front, sides, high shelf with backguard riser, valve control panel and hinged kick plate.
  • 6 inch deep front stainless steel bullnose landing ledge.
  • Polished chrome 6 inch high adjustable steel legs.
  • Heavy gauge welded frame construction.
  • 6 inch high stainless steel stub back in lieu of high riser at no charge.
  • Sections in 12 inch, 24 inch and 36 inch widths are available.
  • Spatula size 3 inch wide grease trough with deep grease drawer.
  • One 20,000 BTU steel burner with a uniquely designed reflector every 12 inches of griddle surface top, produces searing heat for the broiler nd heats evenly the griddle surface.
  • Removable chrome plated broiler rack with 2 rack positions
  • Full width drip pan / crumb tray is located under the broiler area.

OPEN TOP BURNER

OVENS
  • Lift-off top two piece cast iron burners rated at 32,000 BTU. All-purpose head is standard. Optional Saute heads or Wok heads available at an upcharge. No gaskets or screws on burners.
  • One standing pilot for each burner for instant ignition.
  • Heavy duty 12" x 12" cast iron top grates, easily removable.
  • Full width pull out drip pan / crumb tray.
  • Polished glossy black knobs.
  • Welded front frame provides stability to the range.
  • Stainless steel door lifts off for easy cleaning and maintenance.
  • Porcelain enamel finish applied to all oven surfaces.
  • Burner; 20 inch wide oven - 27,000 BTU --- 26 1/2 inch wide oven 35,000 BTU.
  • One chrome plated rack provided, 2 rack positions, additional racks available.
  • Thermostat control from 150 degrees F to 500 degrees F.
  • Matchless push button (piezo) ignition to light the oven pilot.
  • 100% safety gas shut-off.
  • Specially designed for even heat throughout the oven.

GRIDDLE

CONVECTION OVEN

  • Highly polished griddle plate, 3/4" thick.
  • Spatula size 3 inch wide grease trough with deep grease drawer.
  • Steel burner rated at 20,000 BTU every 12" of griddle surface. Griddle located on left side of range standard.
  • Manual control gas valves are standard. Thermostat control is available at an up-charge.
  • Grooved griddle is available at an up-charge.
  • Snorkel design for optimal efficiency.
  • 26 1/2" W x 22 1/2"D x 13 1/2" H oven cavity.
  • 30,000 BTU burner with electronic ignition for automatic lighting.
  • !/4 HP, 1725 RPM blower motor (120/60/1-5 amp)
  • Provided with 3 prong, grounded, 6 foot power cord.
  • Heat "ON" indicator light, one hour manual timer, 3 position switch for cooking or cool-down.
  • 2chrome plated heavy duty racks provided. 5 rack positions for rack placement. Additional racks available at an up-charge.

RADIANT CHAR-BROILER

INSTALLATION CLEARANCE

  • Sections in 12", 24", 36", 48", 60" and 72" are available.
  • 1 steel burner rated at 15,000 BTU every 6" with removable cast iron radiants to sear the food without flame flare-up.
  • Heavy duty reversible cast iron top grates with grease runners to direct grease to trough.
  • Stainless steel pilots for each burner.
  • One manual gas control valve for each burner.
  • Fish grates are available at an optional up-charge.
  • For use only on non-combustible floor.
  • Legs or castors are required or a 2" overhang is required when curb mounted.
  • Non-combustible clearance is 0". Combustible clearance is 4" from the rear and 12" from the sides.

  • Heavy duty casting with unique honey-comb design bottom, spreads heat evenly.
  • "U" burner rated at 20,000 BTU for every 12" of hot top surface.
